- We will contact you to let you know we have received your goods within one working day of arrival.
- Once your goods leave our premises, we will contact you within one hour to let you know.
- If there is any problem with your goods such as damage in transit or infestation, we will contact you within one working day of discovery so you are completely aware of any issues and we can work on a solution together.
GUARANTEE #2 – Never Pay Demurrage Fees
Provided you give us 5 working days’ notice on the arrival date and time of your cargo into Port of Tauranga, we guarantee that you will not pay any detention or demurrage penalties.
